Did you know that music has always been present in the fencing hall? In this unique demonstration, we travel back to the 16th century with Les Bouffons (1589) by Thoinot Arbeau — a special sword dance where fencing techniques and dance come together seamlessly.
Then, it’s your turn to practice: a series of HEMA exercises accompanied by both historical and modern music.
